About Me
I’m Mollie Krueger, also known as The Rock ‘n’ Roll Yogi, a movement teacher blending yoga, pilates, and music-driven flow into grounded, soulful classes. With a 500-hour yoga certification and training in both mat and reformer pilates, I teach with precision, creativity, and a touch of rock-and-roll attitude.
My approach is all about helping you build strength you can feel, mobility that supports your life, and a practice that feels as honest as it is empowering. Expect thoughtful sequencing, intentional breathwork, and playlists that carry the energy of the room. Whether you’re new to movement or deepening your practice, my goal is to help you feel powerful, present, and fully at home in your body.

“I was already working on my health for close to a year and had already lost over 60 lbs, was weightlifting and walking daily when a neighbor mentioned she was going to a hot pilates class. I had no idea we had those near us so I wanted to try! I decided to dive in and prioritize an organized workout class again, I had no idea what I would gain from that. Now almost a year later since starting, I cannot explain how much Pilates has done for me not only physically but mentally.
